Welcome Friends and Family to our new blog to keep you up to date on our RV adventures! Here is our new addition to the family. We are planning on traveling north for a couple months this summer visiting family and friends and starting our new adventure. Please stay tuned to hear all about it! Next on the agenda is a trip to St. Augustine at the Compass RV Park that features Wifi,, Cable, and a shuttle to the trolley in St. Augustine. We have always wanted to visit St. Augustine and all it's history. If we don't make it back in time for the shuttle...there is always Uber...lol... Talk to you soon, Georgann

Greetings from Tim.  Welcome to Shaffer Way! Obviously if you're reading this you must have been able to find us so congratulations.  As you may or may not know, we have purchased an RV and are about to enter a new phase of adventure in our lives.  With our vision of traveling around the country for extended periods of time, we thought it would be a good idea to have a blog so friends and family could look in and keep track of what we are doing. Also, it will give us a means of looking back so we can reminisce about good times.  Don't expect anything too fancy.  Being creative is a challenge for me unless I'm looking for an excuse to get out of something.  The first challenge was to come up with a name for our blog.  Since its kinda RV related we wanted a road theme.  And since we live on Stone Way, Shaffer Way seemed an obvious choice.  Other possibilities included 'Shaffer Road', 'Shaffer Highway', The Adventures of Tim and GA', or my per...
